The computer says no response from RCX tower.

Cause: 
Tower is not plugged in.
Solution:  Plug tower into computer.

Cause:  Tower was moved during download.
Solution:  Make sure tower does not move at all during download.

Cause:  RCX lost power and has to download Firmware.
Solution:
  ROBOLAB will ask if you want to download the Firmware if this is the case.  Note that the Firmware can take 5  to 10 minutes to download and if either the Tower or RCX are moved even a little, the download has to start all over again.  Also, if using a laptop, it probably needs to be plugged into an AC power supply because the battery can not provide uninterrupted power for 5 minutes straight.
