| Why aren't the NXT motors running? I've plugged them in and programmed them. |

Check that your motor is plugged in to an output port - A, B, or C. If you plug a motor into an input port - 1, 2, 3, or 4 - it will not run.
Check that all motors are completely plugged into the NXT. If you have used the NXT-G (LEGO Mindstorms NXT software) "drive straight" command to program two motors, but one of the motors is partially unplugged, the software will not send power to either motor.
