On the RCX, make sure you are running the correct program number (1-5). On the NXT, make sure you are running the program with the correct name. To change the program you are running on an RCX press the gray “PRGM” button to scroll through program numbers. To change the program you are running on an NXT you can use the gray arrows to scroll through available programs after you have clicked “Software Files.”
