1. Look in your ROBOLAB Progam Files directory (where the .exe file is) for the "Tower Drivers" folder.
2. Inside the folder, find a file called "Setup.exe".
3. Right-click on the Setup.exe file and select "Run as administrator".
4. Run through the installer as you normally would to install ROBOLAB.
5. If a dialog comes up after the installer completes asking if you would like to rerun it using recommended settings, select "Okay" and run the installer again.
ROBOLAB should now work. You should be able to find a LEGO USB tower option under your Windows Control Panel.
