Drivers may need to be installed or ROBOLAB may need a restart.
1. Make sure that your camera drivers have been installed. If you are using Windows 2000, there are camera drivers available on the ROBOLAB CD under the "Support Material" directory. If you are using a Mac, camera drivers can be downloaded from http://webcamosx.sourceforge.net/ . See "Can I use the LEGO USB Camera on a Mac" for more information. If you are using Windows XP, the camera should automatically install when you plug it in via plug-and-play, if it is activated (it should be by default).
2. If your drivers have been installed and the camera still is not being recognized in Vision Center, try restarting ROBOLAB. Often, if the camera is plugged in while RoboLab is already running, it will not recognize the camera as being present even if it is physically plugged in.
