Increase the power level setting to motors A and C in certain time intervals, set to 0s as an example (program in inventor). (Note: you may alternatively use the "wait for 1s" block instead of the "wait for time" assigned to 1s with the constant attached.) Set the time between power-level increases as you see fit.
