LEGO Engineering Symposium 2016 and Teacher Awards

LE Teacher Award trophyPlanning is under way for the return of the LEGO Engineering Symposium in 2016, the first since 2011.

The first LEGO Engineering Symposium was held at Tufts University in Boston in 2007, and provided classroom teachers with the opportunity to inspire and support each other in how to use LEGO products to foster engineering in the classroom.

To support teachers from outside the United States in coming to the event, LEGO Education will be offering a number of Teacher Awards on a regional basis. Contact your local LEGO Education Regional Manager for more information.

Australian teachers: Entries must be received by 5:00pm 20 September 2015, with the recipient to be announced by 1 October 2015. Visit LEGO Education Australia for more information.

The purpose of the LEGO Education Teacher Award is to recognise innovative classroom teachers who have an interesting story to tell and provide assistance to present their work at the LEGO Engineering Symposium 2016 at Tufts University in Boston, USA.
