Professional development for Physics teachers

Attention physics teachers!

On August 13th-14th at Tufts University’s Center for Engineering Education and Outreach (CEEO) in Boston, there will be a free two-day professional development workshop for physics teachers on using InterLACE (Interactive Learning and Collaboration Environment), an innovative web-based tool-kit to facilitate collaborative inquiry activities in the classroom.

The professional development will include interactive sessions to experience some of the new features that have been added to the platform. Additionally, a panel of teachers currently using InterLACE will talk about their experiences and other discussions around classroom teaching practices will be useful to all.

To learn more about the platform, go to our web-site at https://interlace.k12engineering.com/interlace/index.php/site/page?view=about

If you are interested in signing up, please submit your contact information to the google form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1JKkPhdJKPAZDuu8nMabdYH1rmFVwhFzFynIEU0ei-Ns/viewform?pli=1.

Registration is open to physics teachers and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to contact Lynne Ramsey <lynne.ramsey@tufts.edu> if you have any questions.

Hope to see you in August!
